FAQ

What if I can't attend live on 18 July? The Lab is live and unrecorded. Pair work, triad feedback, and the Consistency Check exercise only work in real time. If you can't make 18 July, hold for Cohort 2 (late summer, date to be announced).

Will the session be recorded? No. The Lab is built around private pair and triad work. Recording would change what people share. Your notes, your populated EXTRACT Framework Template, and the post-Lab Toolkit are what you keep.

What do I need to prepare? Light pre-work. You'll receive the Excavation Cards a week before the Lab. About 30 to 45 minutes of thinking and dictation, taken at your pace. You'll also complete the Career Story Scorecard as pre-work if you haven't already.

How is this different from career coaching? Career coaching focuses on what to do next. The Lab focuses on how to say what you've already done. Different problems, both legitimate. The Lab is a methodology workshop, not a coaching session.

What if I leave without a working draft? You won't. The methodology is designed to get you to a draft. But the guarantee stands: if it doesn't, reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and your ticket is refunded.
